His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II visited the Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) on Thursday where he chaired a Board of Trustees meeting and learned about CPF’s initiatives’ progress and future plans.

During the meeting, HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein expressed his appreciation for the Foundation’s accomplishments as well as its plans for the future. HRH the Crown Prince further emphasized the importance of conveying the evaluation of the Foundation’s impacts on its targeted groups, to ensure that the results match the wants and the needs of the segment of youth.

Additionally, HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein called for further development of pioneering and encompassing programs that cater to the youth’s needs, enrich their experiences, and hone their skills. HRH the Crown Prince further reiterated that the CPF’s initiatives should reflect the ideas of the Jordanian youth and support them in their endeavors to give back to their communities, and the nation at large.

Furthermore, chairman of the Board Dr. Fawaz Zu’bi highlighted the importance of reflecting HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein’s vision by supporting youth and empowering them to become active and engaged members of Jordanian society. Dr. Zu’bi went on to explain that CPF will continue to support youth and enable them to become competitive candidates in the work force. Additionally, the Foundation will further support innovation and leadership, while fostering volunteerism and philanthropy.

CPF’s CEO Dr. Tamam Mango spent some time during the meeting discussing the method of establishing new initiatives, also highlighting the current and future strategic plans for the Foundation’s work, and its upcoming agenda.

The Crown Prince Foundation was established in 2015 in order to implement HRH the Crown Prince’s vision for supporting Jordanian youth. The Foundation’s strategy focuses on three main pillars: Skills and Innovation, Leadership and Youth Excellence, and Social Development and Philanthropy. CPF aims to work within these three pillars to provide multiple initiatives and opportunities for growth that empower and support the Jordanian youth, thereby opening up new avenues for their continued development.
